Zanzalu takes place from July 25 to August 14 in Zanzibar. It is a three-week pop-up city in Fumba Town for builders, technologists, founders, academics, artists, investors, policymakers, and creators.

The program is built around shared events, workshops, forums, launches, residencies, and open-ended exploration. Its focus is broader than a standard Web3 conference, covering technology, urban development, industrialization, community, and long-term projects connected to Africa and beyond.
