How can I find events near me?
Use the Explore Events page to filter by region, or category (e.g., hackathons, conferences, meetups or side events). You can also search by ecosystem — try “Ethereum”, “Solana”, “Bitcoin” to see related events.
How do I post my event?
You can post your event for free forever by clicking “Post Event” on the top menu. Add your event’s title, date, location, description, and links — and it will be visible across the platform within 24h.
What’s the difference between a regular and a personalized event profile?
A regular listing shows all the basic details like date, location, and links.
A personalized event profile lets organizers go further, adding custom covers, multiple social links (X, Telegram, Youtube, etc.), and an extended description, with event details. Starting at $200 service, it’s completely free until Q2 2026.
Can I edit my event after posting it?
Yes! With free profile just open a ticket on our discord to request changes. With personalize you can make up to 2 changes anytime — whether it’s adding new speakers, changing dates, or dropping last-minute details. Keeping your listing fresh helps it stay at the top of search results. Just by replying to the personalization confirmation mail.
What kind of events can be listed?
Any Web3-related event is welcome — from global blockchain conferences and developer hackathons to local crypto meetups, DAO gatherings, and community workshops. If it helps the ecosystem grow, it belongs here. 🌍
How do I get my event featured?
Featured spots highlight events on the homepage and newsletter for extra visibility. You can request promotion through the “Promote” button on your event page — our team will send you the free promotion kit and options. Or simply send a request now!
Is posting or promoting events free?
Posting your event is 100% free forever! Personalization and featured placements are free until Q2 2026 — we’re supporting the Web3 community during the early growth phase.
Can attendees register directly through Web3Voyager?
Right now, we link directly to your official registration or ticketing page, so users register with you. We don’t offer ticketing or register service.
