Unchain & Unwind: The Body Hackathon Edition is a morning side event taking place on May 21, 2026, from 09:00 to 12:00 at ICE HOUSE Rooftop Baths in Bangkok. It runs alongside SEABW 2026 and is co-hosted by APAC Blockchain Day (abcd) and DTC Group. The format is built around wellness and recovery rather than panels or presentations, with a structured program of guided breathwork, ice and heat rotation sessions, and rooftop networking. The event is aimed at founders, executives, and investors in the Web3 space looking for a more informal setting to connect before the main conference week. The three-hour session moves from breathwork and cold exposure through to a rooftop networking close with food and drinks. Attendance is limited and registration is required.
