UDECO KL Conclave 2026 is the inaugural Kuala Lumpur edition of the United Digital Economy Coalition, a convening focused on digital economy governance in ASEAN. Held on July 28, the three-hour event brings together policymakers, fintech associations, and Web3 stakeholders to discuss institutional adoption of blockchain technology across the region.
The program includes panels on policy frameworks for Web3 in ASEAN and cross-border payment infrastructure for stablecoins, alongside memoranda signings between regional digital economy associations. The conclave takes place against the backdrop of Malaysia's 2025 ASEAN Chairmanship and the region's completion of DEFA, the first region-wide digital economy agreement targeting 2026 signing.
