Tokenization: A New Layer Between Law and Code is a panel discussion hosted by the law firm Nodia, Urumashvili & Partners in partnership with Global Tech Weekend. Taking place June 19 in Tbilisi, the event examines tokenization and digital assets from legal, regulatory, business, and technological perspectives. Two 45-minute panels will address the nature of tokenization and its impact on ownership and investment models, followed by discussions on investor protection and liability allocation in decentralized systems. The program includes opening remarks, Q&A sessions, and a networking lunch.
