The Odds: Prediction Markets Summit Singapore takes place on October 6 at Suntec City in Singapore. The summit runs from 14:00 to 20:00, one day before TOKEN2049 opens.

The one-day summit focuses on prediction markets, AI, market infrastructure, exchanges, regulation, data, oracles, and builder activity around the category. Attendance is curated, with 400 attendees, 50+ speakers, 3 stages, an exhibition zone, private meeting rooms, and networking spaces.

Program Tracks

The summit runs across three stages.

The Institutional Stage covers institutional adoption, market structure, exchanges, regulation, finance, and infrastructure.

The AI & Agents Stage focuses on AI forecasting, agentic systems, automated research, data intelligence, and autonomous decision layers.

The Builder & Infrastructure Stage includes product demos, developer sessions, infrastructure showcases, workshops, and startup presentations.

Builder Program

The Odds includes a builder program for teams working on infrastructure connected to prediction markets. The format includes pre-event builder sessions, product demos, workshops, mentorship, partner challenges, a live showcase, and selected teams presenting on stage.

Venue

The summit takes place at Suntec City / Suntec Convention Centre in downtown Singapore. The venue gives attendees access to conference space, meeting rooms, hotels, restaurants, and transport connections close to Marina Bay Sands and Singapore’s Central Business District.
