Solana Summit Serbia is the largest Solana event in Eastern Europe, drawing 1,000+ people to the Sava Congress Center over two days. Most of the room isn’t there to spectate – over half are founders and developers actively shipping code or deploying capital. The program runs panels, fireside chats, and talks from founders, builders, and ecosystem leaders shaping Solana across the region, spread over two stages, an expo floor, a startup competition, and a Demo Day where teams pitch live to capital allocators in the room. Rust Summit runs as part of the program, with community side events across the wider Belgrade Blockchain Week. Full speaker lineup to be announced.

Organizers, attendees & partners

The summit is run by Superteam Balkan, a non-profit community that incubates and funds Balkan tech talent building on Solana – through grants, bounties, mentorship, and hackathons. It’s the first Superteam to operate across multiple countries, and its members have collectively earned and raised over $1M in the ecosystem. The room fills with founders, developers, investors, grant allocators, and accelerator teams – the people who fund what gets built next standing next to the people building it. On the partner side: Solana (obviously), plus Solflare, a16z, Visa, BlackRock, Microsoft, Streamflow, Mastercard, Raiffeisen, Money Motion, Electrocoin, ecd.rs, Startit, Monri, and the Republic of Serbia.

Tracks

Eight tracks, all pointed at what’s shipping. DeFi covers lending, DEXs, derivatives, and MEV. Infra goes into validators, RPC, and indexers – the plumbing that lets Solana scale. RWA looks at tokenized real estate, credit, and commodities, plus the compliance rails that make them legal. Payments digs into stablecoin rails and merchant integrations with real volume behind them. AI & Agents covers autonomous agents transacting on-chain. And the Startup Competition and Demo Day put selected teams on the main stage, pitching live to investors and ecosystem leads.
