Crypto Compliance and Legal Roundtable, hosted by Solidus Labs and Yulchon takes place on September 29, 2026, at Yulchon’s offices in Parnas Tower, Gangnam, during Korea Blockchain Week. The session is designed for compliance and legal leaders, regulators and policy specialists working across crypto and digital assets, with discussion centered on regulatory implementation and practical compliance challenges.
The roundtable covers three areas: implementation of Korea’s amended Capital Markets Act and Electronic Securities Act for tokenized securities; cross-border VASP compliance, including the planned extension of the Travel Rule to transfers below KRW 1 million and stablecoin transfers; and Korea’s regulatory framework for unfair virtual asset trading. Confirmed speakers include Ik Hyun Kim, Partner at Yulchon and lead of its blockchain and digital assets practice; Claire Lee, CEO of CODE; and Jackie Baek, Compliance Head of Korea at Crypto.com. The discussions run from 17:00–18:30, followed by networking. Registration requires approval and capacity is limited.
