Builders Reset: Sauna & Cold Plunge takes place on Friday, July 24, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Healthy Horizon Lisbon, R. Manuel Bernardes 10A, in Lisbon.
Held before ETHGlobal Lisbon, the event is a guided recovery session for builders, founders, and biohackers. The format alternates between sauna and cold plunge, giving participants time to recover from travel, reset before the hackathon weekend, and connect with others in a more relaxed setting.
The session is open to people new to contrast therapy as well as regular sauna users. Participants should bring a swimsuit. Registration is approval-based, and the €40 participation fee is paid directly to the studio.
