ETHSofia 2026 takes place September 24–25 at Sofia Tech Park, as part of Blockchain Week Bulgaria. Now in its third year, the conference focuses on Ethereum infrastructure and applied research.
The 2026 theme, “Cypherpunk Technology for Institutional Capital,” examines privacy-preserving infrastructure and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization. The program covers Ethereum scalability proposals such as EIP-7732 and EIP-7702, account abstraction, decentralized AI, smart contract security, and DeFi. The event is designed for developers working on onchain infrastructure, companies exploring blockchain-based payments, and institutional participants evaluating Ethereum-based systems.
