The program focuses on regulatory clarity, institutional finance, real-world assets (RWAs), and technical innovation, with collaboration involving the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority and the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre. Much of the activity centers around Solana City, a dedicated hub in Dubai providing workspace and facilities for ecosystem teams.
