Core Program & Summits
At the center of Istanbul Blockchain Week is IstanBlock, the flagship two-day summit that anchors the program. The summit features keynote sessions, panel discussions, and an exhibition floor where global Web3 projects showcase products, infrastructure, and ecosystem initiatives. IstanBlock serves as the primary stage for protocol founders, ecosystem leaders, investors, and infrastructure providers.
The Istanbul Institutional Markets Summit runs as a closed-door forum for senior policymakers, regulators, and financial institutions. Discussions focus on digital asset market structure, regulatory frameworks, and institutional integration of blockchain infrastructure. Participation is limited and structured around moderated sessions.
DeFaiCon Istanbul is dedicated to the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Decentralized Finance. Sessions examine AI agents in finance, automated strategies, and AI-integrated onchain infrastructure. The track is oriented toward technical founders, protocol teams, and developers working in AI-driven financial systems.
The RWA Builders Summit centers on real-world asset tokenization. Topics include smart contract design, custody frameworks, compliance alignment, oracle infrastructure, and operational considerations for tokenizing assets such as real estate and gold. The track brings together institutional investors and protocol teams active in the RWA segment.
Developer & Investor Activities
IstanHack brings together developers from more than 60 communities to build solutions addressing defined real-world challenges. The competition runs as part of the broader IBW program and connects builders with ecosystem partners and infrastructure providers.
Dealflow Den provides a structured setting where startup founders present directly to venture capital firms and investment teams. Sessions are organized to facilitate direct interaction between founders and capital allocators.
The KOL Summit gathers key opinion leaders and ecosystem marketers to discuss audience growth, content strategy, and community development within Web3.
