The CBDC Conference 2026 is a three-day event focused on central bank digital currencies, stablecoins, and tokenized assets. The conference takes place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from May 12 to 14, and in Amsterdam, Netherlands from October 27 to 29. It is co-hosted by the Fintech Association of and the Emerging Payments Association Asia, and organized by Lighthouse Communications LLC. The program covers digital currency and payments innovation, real-world case studies from central banks and technology providers, the impact of digital currencies on payment systems, regulation and supervision, interoperability and standardization, and future trends. The conference is designed for central bank representatives, retail bankers, technology innovators, policymakers, and academics.
