The Science of Blockchain Conference 2026 (SBC’26) takes place from July 27 to 29 at the Arrillaga Alumni Center on Stanford University’s campus. The event is co-organized by IC3, the Stanford Center for Blockchain Research (CBR), and UC Berkeley RDI. Attendance is free, but registration is required by July 13, 2026, for both in-person and remote participation. Talks will be streamed live and recordings made available afterward. The conference focuses on technical innovations in blockchain, bringing together researchers and practitioners working on blockchain protocols, cryptography, distributed systems, secure computing, and crypto-economics. The program includes invited talks and paper presentations, with affiliated workshops on DAOs and MEV taking place on July 30.
